SDR Agency Playbook: Build a Sales Pipeline in Leedrush, Step by Step
You run outbound for clients. Every new client means the same work: find the right companies, clean the list, write a short e-mail sequence, send it from the client's mailbox, and hand the replies to the client's sales team. This guide shows how to do all of that in Leedrush — in plain words, one step at a time.
Find companies → check and score them → send a short e-mail sequence from the client's mailbox → answer replies → put the good ones in the client's CRM.
The Leedrush dashboard shows the same line for every account, with the number of leads at each step and the next thing to do.
Before you start
- One Leedrush account per client. Each account has one sending mailbox and its own CRM connections, so one client's leads, e-mails and replies never mix with another's. New accounts start with 500 free credits.
- A mailbox for outreach on a separate domain. For example client-mail.com next to client.com. If cold e-mail ever hurts the domain's reputation, the client's main domain — invoices, support, password resets — stays safe. Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for it.
- The client's offer in two or three sentences: who they sell to, what problem they solve, and why someone should reply.
1Describe the client's offer
Open LGaaS AI → Brain. Paste the client's website and Leedrush fills in who the client sells to and what they offer. Read it and fix anything that is wrong. Leedrush uses this text when it writes e-mails for you in LGaaS AI → Outreach.
2Build the target list
There are three ways to get leads into Leedrush. Use whichever fits the client.
A. Find companies by type and place
Open LGaaS AI → Find and type what you are looking for, for example dental clinics in Dublin or accountants in Manchester. You get a list of businesses with their phone, e-mail, website, rating and reviews. Narrow it down with the filters:
- Has e-mail, Has phone, Has website, Rated — keep only businesses you can actually reach.
- No website and Site not mobile-friendly — perfect when your client sells websites, marketing or IT services.
Save the results as a list. A new search costs 1 credit (it is included in the LGaaS plans), running the same search again is free, and each account can run up to 20 new searches a day.
B. Score the client's own file
Many clients already have a list: a CRM export, event attendees, an old spreadsheet. Upload it as CSV or Excel in My Batches. Leedrush cleans it and gives every lead a score from 0 to 100:
| Score | Label | What to do | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| 75–100 | Hot | Contact first | 1 credit |
| 50–74 | Warm | Contact next | 1 credit |
| below 50 | Cold | Usually skip | free |
C. Check any list before you send to it
If someone hands you a list of e-mail addresses, run it through Email Hygiene first (up to 1,000 different addresses per check). Every address comes back as Valid, Risky, Invalid, Disposable, Catch-all or Unknown. Sending only to Valid and Catch-all addresses keeps bounces low, and low bounces keep the client's mailbox out of spam.
3Get the e-mail addresses
For a list from Find, open LGaaS AI → Lists, pick the list and press Find all emails. Leedrush takes the e-mail address each business publishes and checks that it can receive mail. Most of these are company inboxes such as info@ or hello@. That is fine for small businesses — the owner often reads that inbox — and, in the UK and Ireland, writing to a company inbox is also the safer choice (see the rules below).
4Connect the client's mailbox
Open Sequences → Connect mailbox. Sequences always send from the client's own mailbox, never from Leedrush.
- Microsoft 365 or Outlook: press Sign in with Microsoft 365 and sign in on Microsoft's page. No password is stored in Leedrush, and it works even when the client's IT has switched password sign-in off.
- Google Workspace or Gmail: Google needs an app password. In the Google account, turn on 2-Step Verification, open App passwords, create one called "Leedrush" and paste it into Leedrush with the server smtp.gmail.com, port 587.
- Any other provider: enter the provider's SMTP server, the port (usually 587) and the mailbox password.
Leedrush tests the login before it saves anything, and stores passwords encrypted.
5Write the sequence
A sequence is a short series of e-mails that stops when the person answers. Open Sequences → New sequence, give it a name (for example Client X — dentists Dublin) and add the e-mails. For each one you set how many days to wait. Use {{first_name}} and {{company}} to fill in each lead's details; Draft with AI gives you a first version to edit.
Three e-mails are enough. Keep them short, plain and about the reader. Here is an example for a client who builds websites, sent to businesses that the No website filter found:
Every e-mail gets an unsubscribe link automatically. People who unsubscribe, and anyone who asked Leedrush to remove their data, are skipped before every send.
6Add the leads to the sequence
You can send leads to a sequence from wherever they are:
- A Find list: LGaaS AI → Lists → Launch Outreach, write or approve the e-mail, then Send with a Sequence.
- A scored file: My Batches — the envelope button on the file's row — or open the file and press Send to a sequence. Hot and Warm leads are selected by default; you can add Cold too. The same button is on each file in Data Assets.
- A checked list: in Email Hygiene, after the check, press Send valid contacts to a sequence.
- Anything already saved: Sequences → your sequence → Leads → Enroll leads lists every lead ready for outreach, with where it came from.
Add the leads in small groups — 20 to 40 a day per mailbox is a healthy pace. Leedrush sends each e-mail from the client's mailbox when it is due.
7Answer replies — fast
Replies land in the client's mailbox, like any other e-mail. Leedrush does not read that inbox, so it does not know someone answered. When a lead replies, open Sequences → the sequence → Leads and pause that lead, so they don't get the follow-ups.
Answer within two hours on working days. A quick, friendly answer is worth more than any subject line.
8Hand the good leads to the client's CRM
Connect the client's CRM in Integrations — Pipedrive, HubSpot or GoHighLevel. Then use Push to CRM on a file, a list or the Autopilot leads. Leedrush skips leads that are already in the CRM and tells you how many it created. You can also switch on automatic pushes in the integration's settings, so every finished file goes to the CRM without a click.
9Check the numbers every week
- Dashboard: the pipeline line — companies found, Hot + Warm in scored files, leads ready for outreach, leads in sequences and e-mails sent, leads pushed to the CRM — plus the next step to take.
- Analytics: files, scores and sequences over the last 30 days.
- Each sequence: how many people are in it, how many e-mails went out, and who finished it.
A simple weekly routine for an SDR agency
| When | What |
|---|---|
| Monday | For each client: two or three new searches in Find or a new file in My Batches; check new lists in Email Hygiene. |
| Every day | Add 20–40 leads per mailbox to the sequences. Answer replies within two hours and pause those leads. |
| Friday | Per client: replies, meetings booked, bounces. If e-mail 1 gets no replies, rewrite its first two lines and try again next week. |
Keep the arithmetic in mind: one mailbox at 40 first e-mails a day is about 800 new conversations a month. Two warmed-up mailboxes per client double that without pushing either of them.
The rules, in plain words
- UK and Ireland: you may e-mail limited companies without asking first, as long as you say clearly who you are and every e-mail lets them opt out. Sole traders and partnerships count as individuals — they need to have agreed first.
- Germany: cold e-mail to businesses needs prior consent. Use other channels there.
- Everywhere: stop the moment someone says no, keep bounces under about 2%, and never buy or reuse a list you can't explain.
This is general guidance, not legal advice. For anything unusual, check with a lawyer in the country you are writing to.
