What counts as a "credit"?
One credit = one contact record processed through the full enrichment pipeline: email validation, deduplication, quality scoring, and output formatting. You're charged only for records that pass quality thresholds — not for failures or duplicates.
Do unused credits expire?
Free trial credits expire after 90 days. Purchased PAYG wallet credits never expire — they roll over indefinitely until used.
What integrations are included?
All plans include Webhook, Google Sheets, and Apollo.io as data sources. PAYG and Enterprise unlock CRM push to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, and Telegram. See our

How does volume pricing work?
Volume discounts apply automatically based on your total processed volume in a rolling 30-day window. No need to pre-commit — discounts kick in as your usage grows, retroactively for that billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no subscriptions for PAYG — you simply stop topping up your wallet. Enterprise contracts have a 30-day notice clause. Free trial accounts can be deleted at any time with no obligation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Bank wire transfer is available for Enterprise customers on invoice.
