How billing works
- 1 credit = 1 qualified lead. Hot and Warm leads are charged when a file finishes; cold leads, duplicates and rows without a valid address are free. Before a file runs you see how many unique addresses it has and the most it can cost.
- A single file is never charged more than 500 credits, however many Hot/Warm leads it has.
- Extra leads are prepaid top-ups: $0.20 each on Starter, $0.17 on Scale, $1.99 without a plan.
- Annual billing is 20% off and charged once a year at exactly the price shown above.
- Switch plans (up or down) anytime from your dashboard: your current plan ends now; the unused part is credited to your next invoice.
- Payment: plans are paid by card through Stripe. Credit top-ups can also be paid in crypto when it is offered.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "credit"?
One credit = one qualified lead: a contact scored Hot (75–100) or Warm (50–74) against your ideal customer. Credits are charged when a file finishes processing. Cold leads, invalid emails and duplicates are free. A single file is never charged more than 500 credits, however many Hot/Warm leads it has.
Do unused credits expire?
Plan credits (Starter 2,500 / Scale 10,000 a month) reset at each renewal — unused plan credits don't roll over. Credits you buy as top-ups are kept across renewals. The 500 free credits have no expiry date; when you start a plan, your balance is set to the plan's credits plus any top-ups.
What integrations are included?
Every plan includes CSV, Excel and JSON export, API keys and webhooks, and CRM push to HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel. See the Integrations page for details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down. In your dashboard, open Plans & Pricing, choose "Switch to …" and pay for the new plan through Stripe Checkout. Your current plan ends now; the unused part is credited to your next invoice, so you are never billed for two plans. Top-up credits are kept.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are 20% off and billed once a year at exactly the price shown: Starter $3,828, Scale $14,388, Enterprise $47,988 a year. Prices are set in USD; in EUR or GBP, this page and Plans & Pricing show the amount at today's rate, and that is the amount charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Starter and Scale can be cancelled anytime under Plans & Pricing → Manage billing; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Pay As You Go has no subscription — you simply stop topping up. Enterprise terms are set by contract.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe Checkout. Plans are paid by card only; credit top-ups can also be paid in crypto when it is offered. Enterprise can be invoiced.
