Each address is checked for a valid format first, then for deliverability with mails.so. An undeliverable address always stays Cold. DeepSeek AI then scores every lead 0–100, and only Hot (75+) and Warm (50–74) leads consume credits.

What file formats can I upload?

CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and JSON. Include a header row with an email column (for example email or work_email). Your plan's file-size and row limits are checked when you upload.

How do I connect my CRM?

Go to Integrations in your dashboard, pick your tool (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Reply.io, Outreach or Zapier) and paste its API key or access token. Then push leads by hand or switch on auto-push after each file. See the User Manual for step-by-step instructions.

What's the difference between a credit and a lead?

One credit = one qualified lead: a lead scored Hot (75+) or Warm (50–74). Credits are taken when a file finishes. Cold leads, duplicates and invalid emails do not consume credits, and a single file is never charged more than 500 credits.

Is my data secure?

Connections to Leedrush use HTTPS, and the API keys and tokens you connect for integrations are stored encrypted. You can delete files, wipe your data or delete your account at any time in Settings. We never sell your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I get a refund or dispute a charge?

Contact billing@leedrush.com within 14 days of a charge. Credits are only taken when a file finishes, so a file that fails is not charged. Disputed charges are reviewed by our team.
