Frequently Asked Questions

The Lead Marketplace lets you buy verified B2B contacts using your credit balance. You can build a batch (25–500 contacts filtered by region, industry, seniority) or pick individual contacts one by one (1 credit each). Credits are deducted only on successful purchase. You can top up credits any time from the Billing page.
Go to Marketplace → Purchased Contacts, find the contact, and click "Dispute". Select the reason (invalid email, wrong person, outdated data, etc.) and submit. Our system verifies the dispute automatically using email validation and re-checks the contact. If confirmed invalid, your credit is refunded within 24 hours.
Each lead processed through the enrichment pipeline consumes one credit. Credits are included with your plan — Free Trial includes 500 credits, Starter includes 2,500/month, and Scale offers 10,000/month. Unused credits roll over for paid plans. You can track your balance on the Billing page.
Leedrush supports CSV, JSON, and XLSX file formats. CSV is recommended for best compatibility. Files are automatically validated for encoding (UTF-8 preferred), column structure, and row count limits based on your plan tier.
Navigate to the Opportunities page, apply any filters, then use the Export button in the toolbar. You can export as CSV, JSON, or PDF. You can also export per-batch from the batch actions menu on the My Batches page.
The pipeline takes your raw lead data and enriches it through multiple stages: email validation, company data extraction (domain, industry, size), contact verification, ICP scoring against your profile, and predictive qualification. The result is a scored list of qualified sales opportunities ready for outreach.
Go to the Integrations page to connect your CRM. We support Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach, and Salesloft. Enter your API key or use OAuth to authenticate. Once connected, qualified opportunities can be pushed directly to your CRM pipeline.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, but you won't be charged again after cancellation.
