Before Leedrush existed, we spent hours every week cleaning CSV files in Excel before each campaign. Duplicate rows. Wrong job titles. Unverified emails that killed deliverability. Tools that required 5-step integrations just to find out if an email was valid.
The problem wasn't finding leads. The problem was that 70% of the leads we had were unusable without manual cleanup — and that cleanup took longer than the prospecting itself.
So we built Leedrush: upload a CSV, get back a checked, scored, CRM-ready export. No 5-step integration. No manual review. Undeliverable addresses flagged before day 1 of the campaign.

How It Works
Every email address is checked for deliverability with mails.so, and each company's own website is read for company details. Duplicate rows are left out. DeepSeek AI then scores every lead from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer and writes a one-line reason: Hot 75+, Warm 50–74, Cold below 50. If you connect your own Apollo key, Apollo adds job titles and company data on your Apollo credits.
The result is a CSV, Excel or JSON export with each lead's score, reason and email status — or a push of the Hot and Warm leads to HubSpot, Pipedrive and other connected tools. The CSV works with any CRM. No list yet? Leads as a Service finds businesses with AI.
Pricing Philosophy
We charge per qualified lead, not per seat: one credit for each Hot or Warm lead, nothing for Cold leads, and never more than 500 credits for a single file. New accounts get 500 free credits, with no credit card and no expiry date. Top-up credits are kept across renewals.
